How do you like your steak?
Seared and cooked quickly, the reddest in colour, juicy and delicious
Warm and red in the centre with a firm surface but soft in the middle, rich and tasty
Warm with a thick band of light pink through the middle but the steak on a whole should be more brown than pink, tender and succulent
Hint of pink in the very middle of the steak but the surface should be dark brown with a good charring on the top and bottom, firm and flavoursome
Hot all the way through, dark and well charred, meaty and moreish
