Points are valid for 24 months from the day they are collected. Rewards are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Card will be valid for 12 months from the last use.

Once you've registered your Reward Card you'll automatically receive a £2.50 reward for every 250 points you collect.
To use your reward, simply present your Reward Card when you pay your bill.

We reserve the right to cancel any card that has gone unused for 12 months. All points and rewards would be lost.
Pick up a new card at your local Flaming Grill and email our Guest Services team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to register your new card and transfer any unused points or rewards from your old card.
