How can I get a Reward Card?

If you're resident in the UK and over 18, simply pick up your Reward Card at your local Flaming Grill and register it online at www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards, or complete your details on the tear off strip and hand to a member of our team. Cards cannot be ordered online, they are only available to be collected from pub.

What benefits will I get?

Register your Reward Card today and you'll receive an extra 200 points for free to welcome you to the scheme. As part of our Email Club you'll also receive great new offers & discounts that are exclusive to our members, including a 20% off welcome voucher on your next visit and an extra treat on your birthday!

How do I register my card?

We've got two great ways to register your card and claim your 200 free points: a) you can register online at www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards or b) complete the tear off strip and hand to a member of the team in one our pubs.

Can I have more than one card?

No. If you've picked up a second card, then please contact our Guest Services team on 0333 800 6605 who will be able to transfer your points onto a single card.

Are there any age limits?

Yes, you must be over the age of 18 to join the scheme.

Why will you contact me?

We'll email you once a month to update you on the number of points and rewards on your card.

When you join our Email Club you'll also receive exclusive special offers and promotions, including your welcome voucher and a special treat on your birthday!

How do I earn points?

You'll earn points every time you visit a Flaming Grill. Simply present your card when you pay and you'll collect points on qualifying purchases. For every £1 spent you'll receive 5 points.

Can I earn points even if I forget my card?

No. Members must present their card at the point of payment in the participating outlet in order to collect points.

Can I split the bill and earn points on more than one card?

No. All your points must be claimed on one card per transaction.

I think my points balance is wrong

If you think your points balance is wrong, please contact our Guest Services team via email at yourrewardcard@spiritpubcompany.com or phone on 0333 800 6605.

Do points expire?

Points are valid for 24 months from the day they are collected. Rewards are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Card will be valid for 12 months from the last use.

What purchases do I earn points on?

You can earn points on all purchases excluding tobacco and machine-related products.

How do I turn points into rewards

Once you've registered your Reward Card you'll automatically receive a £2.50 reward for every 250 points you collect.

How do I claim my reward?

To use your reward, simply present your Reward Card when you pay your bill.

Will I receive a paper reward voucher?

You won't receive a paper voucher - we've made it nice and easy by adding your rewards automatically to your account.

Can I give my points or rewards to someone else?

Points and rewards cannot be transferred.

Do rewards expire?

Rewards must be used within 6 months of allocation.

Are there any restrictions on the use of my rewards?

You can use your rewards on all purchases excluding tobacco and machine-related products.

Can I use my card at any Flaming Grill pub?

Yes, unless stated otherwise at www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards

Can I use my card along with other vouchers at the same time?

Yes, points and rewards can be claimed at the same time as any vouchers you may have. Points will be allocated to your Reward Card based on the final cash value.

Do the key fobs work in the same way as the main Reward Card?

Yes! Attach your key fob to your key ring and use in exactly the same way as your wallet card. You may want to give one of your two key fobs to someone else in your household.

Will my card expire?

We reserve the right to cancel any card that has gone unused for 12 months. All points and rewards would be lost.

What do I do if I've lost my card?

Pick up a new card at your local Flaming Grill and contact our Guest Services team on 0333 800 6605 who will be able to register your new card and transfer any unused points or rewards from your old card.

How do I log on to my account?

Go to www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards and login with your rewards account number (on the front of your card), or your email address, along with your pin number.

How do I update my details?

You can manage your account online by entering the username and pin used to create the account. Alternatively, contact our Guest Services team via email at yourrewardcard@spiritpubcompany.com or phone on 0333 800 6605.

How do I know my points and rewards balance?

You can view your points balance and rewards by logging on at www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards and entering the username and pin used to create your account. Alternatively, ask one of our team players at participating Flaming Grill pubs, or by contacting our Guest Services team via email at yourrewardcard@spiritpubcompany.com or phone on 0333 800 6605.

I've forgotten my online pin, what should I do?

Visit www.flaminggrillpubs.com/rewards and click the forgotten pin link on the login screen - we'll then send you an email instructing you on how to reset your pin. Alternatively, you can contact our Guest Services team on 0333 800 6605.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your card at any time by contacting our Guest Services team on 0333 800 6605. Please note all points and rewards would be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

How do I opt out of receiving marketing email or text messages?

You can do this at any time. We always include an unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, or you can contact our Guest Services team on 0333 800 6605. As a member of the Reward Card you agree that we may contact you with a monthly email statement relating to your account.
